I photograph families all across the Greater Sacramento Region, but based on my location, many of the families live in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln area or in Yuba City. As a Roseville Family Photographer, I am so passionate in helping create wonderful memories for you and your family, and I am good at it too! With 10 years of previous working experience as an elementary school teacher, I connect well with kids of all ages and personalities and promise that your family photo session will be FUN! I incorporate a lot of movement and games into my portrait sessions that will keep all ages engaged (yes, including the dads!). A Personal Story About The Importance of Family Photos
This is my son Levi. One of my biggest regrets is how few photos I have of him when he was first born and it is something I can never go back and fix. Levi was born at 28 weeks and spent 3 months in the Sutter Sacramento NICU extremely critical and fighting for his life. It was a very traumatic time for us as a family and we (my husband and I) just couldn’t bring ourselves to take any pictures, especially during the first month, because things were just so critical and we really didn’t want to remember how poorly things were going. Except now we do and regret it! My son Levi is doing absolutely fantastic, and boy do I wish I had photos from that first month, to be able to look back and visually see just how hard he fought and how far he made it! It is one of the reasons I am SO passionate about convincing families to photograph their lives as it is NOW! It doesn’t matter if your life is going well or poorly right now, you WILL want to remember it in the future! Our kids grow up so fast and you will want to have precious reminders of how they were, I promise! The photos will stay valuable for literally decades to come.
